  Sent my boyfriend in and ordered a quad undertow. The woman gave us one short cup with espresso and another with milk. No. If you don't know, ask the recipe. Asked her to remake it and she made the worst undertow I've ever had and put it in a tall cup. Then she wanted to argue with me about the price. She charged me for a grande peppermint mocha (comes with 2 shots) and I asked for an additional shot so she charged me for 3 add shots ($2.40) and when i asked for a refund on my drink that was charged WAY wrong she smiled and clearly took joy in the fact she had to call a manager over for it. Go get a new job, you suck at the one you have. I'm sure your a nice person but Starbucks is not the job for you... This girl was working 12/26 @ 8am.
